  I would like to talk about one of my biggest inspirations in my field. He is Alessandro Carbonare, he born in the north of Italy. Considered like one of the biggest soloist clarinetist in the world. In June of 1996 Carbonare made his debut in the “radio Berlin orchestra”. The most important diary in Berlin said “he played admirably, with an exceptional sweetness”. Has been winner of the most prestigious international contents in Prague, Ginebra, Paris, Munich, and Tolon. Since his debut (that I told before) in Ginebra, he is been acting like soloist in the national orchestra from Spain, the philharmonic orchestra from Oslo, among others. We don’t have so many information about his personal life unlike his professional life. But he is known for his social work around projects that can contribute to improvement of society through music education. That's why i wanted to talk about him.  My favorite food in the world is "fideos con salsa", this food is in all the world knowing like "spaghetti ala boloñesa",  but it is a tipical food in chilean tables.  The origin of the noodles or spaghetti are controversial because Arabia, Italy and China is awared this food. But the first appearance in the worl history is in Han dinasty. For me, i have the most beatiful memories around this food. I remember a little me and all my family talking about how delicios were my mum's noodles. Even if we dont have too many money, we always have a plate of my mum's noodles.  While i was growing i begin to cooking and the frist thing that i did was fideos con salsas. Later i star to research what more can i do with noodles and i found a really big world around just one food "noodles". That impress me because you can do everything with not many money. You can do a gourmet plate, for a romantic date or just a fast food to a everyday life.
